A staff member has wrote an article on this subject before, and it seems that a group has finally taken the necessary steps into doing the right thing and what appears to be correct activism, and I totally agree and support the idea.
According to NPR –
“We have one officer [in Minneapolis] who’s had five significant settlements against him just in a year and a half,” Bicking says. “Someone like that could never, ever buy insurance. They’d have to charge him $60-$70,000 a year. That officer would be gone.”
